A woman divorced her husband for watching too much porn and sharing their sex tape on the web, Yonhap News reports.
Judge Jung Yong-shin of Seoul Family Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff on Tuesday.
The couple met at church four years ago, but the wife caught her husband watching too much porn, and filed for divorce.
However, while their divorce was in process, she found that her husband had uploaded a sex tape of themselves without her consent.
“Due to the husband’s frequent watching of porn and even sharing sex tapes on the Internet without the wife’s consent, this couple’s marriage has been destroyed and can no longer continue,” said judge Jung.
