The president’s skyblue blazer was apparently an eyesore to some netizens with itchy trigger fingers still depressed under the Sewol tragedy, according to Segye Ilbo Saturday.

As President Park Geun-hye held a summit at Cheong Wa Dae with U.S. President Barack Obama on Friday, her attire was all but modest and seamless _ except maybe its color too being charming considering the emotional gridlock suffered by the national populace.

With some saying the president’s attire was the only thing that exuded a savor of spring, those offended said her choice of color might have been a misstep.

There were opposing voices as well, saying what she wore in general was sublime despite the color tone. Some also remarked regarding the concerned voices they are picking on the president for no reasons.

The report said President Park had selected the same dress when meeting the delegations from the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday prior to the visit by President Obama.

Both presidents shared a moment of silence as a condolence for the lives lost in the Sewol tragedy for 30 seconds before the summit.
