Art out in the open

Artists of the performance arts team “Hero” stage a performance creating a painting of American actress Marilyn Monroe, at the opening ceremony of an exhibition at the Seoul Plaza near City Hall, Tuesday. The exhibition hosted by Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture is a campaign to bring art out on the streets. It will be held at the Seoul Plaza until Jan. 31. / Korea Times photo by Shim Hyun-chul
