This is an artist’s concept of a slanting elevator chosen in a competition offered by Seoul City Hall. The elevator will be installed on the Noeul(twilight) Park, which has been converted from a huge landfill, in western Seoul. The elevator will use renewable energy, making it as a landmark of Seoul eco-land along with nearby Nanji Hangang Park.
