Chinese PM flexes his muscles in Seoul
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao flexed his muscle in South Korea not on the Cheonan issue, but in acts of throwing and striking, Yonhap news agency said on Saturday.
Wen, who is on a three-day visit here, played badminton and baseball with local Korean residents near the Han River in downtown Seoul Saturday morning, it said.
Wen played the games with the locals "to have close contacts with Koreans," he told his South Korean counterpart Chung Un-chan in a meeting the two held on Saturday, it said.
Wen, 68, is known to be a passionate baseball fan.
Chung, 64, the former president of the Seoul National University, is also an ardent baseball fan.
Chung proposed to Wen to hold a friendly baseball match sometime.
The article didn't say whether Wen agreed to the offer.
