Taliban Taliban Say They Killed 2 German Hostages in Afghanistan
A Taliban spokesman said on Saturday that the militant group had killed two German hostages kidnapped in southern Afghanistan, according to the AFP.
Taliban spokesman Qari Yousuf Ahmadi said that the Germans were shot to death because the government failed to contact for negotiations.
However, he made no specific comment on Korean kidnapped by Taliban.
Ahmadi had threatened to kill the two Germans if Germany did not withdraw its 3,000 troops from a NATO-led force by noon Saturday.
He suggested the same deadline to South Korea, too.
