Korea asks IMF to help NK's reform efforts

Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Kim Dong-yeon, left, talks with International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Christine Lagarde at a meeting in Bali, Indonesia, Oct. 13 (local time).
