CLS Shooting Brake

Mercedes-Benz Korea introduced the new CLS 250 CDI Shooting Brake, which combines the advantages of a coupe, sedan and wagon during its launch event at the company’s showroom in Gangnam, southern Seoul, Monday. Dried persimmon

Confiscated smartphones

Korea Customs Service (KCS) agents at Incheon International Airport check confiscated used and half-finished smartphones from smugglers at the airport, Sunday. The agency said that it will step up efforts to crack down on illegal exports of such phones. It said that around 80,000 handsets worth 18.3 billion won were seized in 2012 before they were shipped abroad illegally.                                                                                                               / Yonhap

STX wins $187 mil. order

KOSPI tumbles

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) lost 17.79 points to finish at 1,946.69 due to a foreign selloff caused by heightened concerns over North Korea’s nuclear weapons program.
