Adhesion test on shoes

Officials of Consumers Korea, a consumer rights and research organization, announce the results of a test on 12 waterproof shoes at the Franciscan Education Center, Jeong-dong, Seoul, Friday. The organization said some shoes were found to lose adhesion substantially between the covers and shoe plates after being soaked in water.
