Ssangyong Motor launched its top-of-the-line luxury sedan Chairman W Kaiser Tuesday. The carmaker’s upgraded full-size flagship sedan, features an automatic safety power trunk and active cruise control. The firm will offer seven years or 150,000 kilometers  guarantee.
