Krafton will showcase its three games — Dark and Darker Mobile, inZOI and PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS — at Gamescom 2024, a trade fair for video games in Germany, this August to connect with European gamers, the company said Wednesday.

Held annually in Cologne, Germany, G amescom is one of the world's largest video game trade shows. This year's edition will run from Aug. 21 to 25.

Krafton launched an official webpage for Gamescom 2024 on Wednesday and released a teaser trailer for its participation in the video game show through its YouTube channel.

The company said it will unveil its three games at Gamescom and seek expansion into the international market.

"The trailer provides a sneak peek at Krafton's booth concept, themed around the 'Scale-up the Creative' strategy, which aims to discover new excitement in games and effectively expand into the global market," Krafton said.

Among the games it will introduce, Dark and Darker Mobile is an extraction role-playing mobile game that challenges players to escape from dungeons where they face numerous threats.

"The game combines the 'survival' aspect of the battle royal genre, the 'exploration' of dungeon crawlers and various elements of (role-playing games)," the company said.

The company plans to launch a global test of Dark and Darker Mobile in key markets including Korea, the United States, Japan and Turkey next month, with a planned global launch later this year.

The company added inZOI is a life simulation game "where the player takes on the role of a god, creating anything they desire to live out their ideal life while engaging in different stories." Krafton first unveiled inZOI last year at G-STAR 2023, an annual trade show in Korea's southern port city of Busan.

Also, Krafton plans to showcase its biggest hit, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, to reinforce its presence among European gamers.
