Public Procurement Service (PPS) Administrator Lim Ki-keun delivers a speech at the East Asia and Pacific Regional Public Procurement Forum in Seoul, Tuesday. Jointly held by the PPS and the World Bank, the three-day forum kicked off on Tuesday with the participation of over 110 procurement experts from 18 countries in the region and from multilateral development banks such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and the Islamic Development Bank.
