Actor promotes Korea's cultural heritage
Actor Kim Young-min, left, a newly appointed honorary ambassador of the Royal Palaces and Tombs Center under the Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA), gives a special tour of Changdeok Palace's Secret Garden in central Seoul, Thursday. Known for roles in "My Mister" (2018) and "The World of the Married" (2020), Kim's ambassadorship under the CHA aims to boost awareness of the cultural significance of palaces and tombs from the 1392-1910 Joseon Dynasty. An avid cultural enthusiast, Kim has personally participated in events such as the Jongmyo Daeje ancestral rite and Gyeongbok Palace night tours.
