Attacker forces woman into traffic

A woman’s dramatic escape from a sex attacker into oncoming traffic is revealed in recently posted footage.

The video was taken in Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester, earlier this month.

The unnamed woman, 25, said the man was following her closely.

As she stopped to cross the street to avoid him, the man lunged at her.

Screaming, she jumped into oncoming traffic to avoid the attacker, yelling at him to leave her alone.

U.K. police described the man as white, in his 50s and 176-182 centimeters tall.

They released the video to get public help to find the man.
