Snake bursts after eating alligator

A YouTube video showing the horrific death of an alligator has caught online attention.

In the video, a 13-foot python bursts after eating the alligator whole.

According to YouTube user “Animal Wire,” who uploaded the video, how the snake and alligator ended up this way is unknown.

Viewers have responded that the python probably thought the alligator would make a good snack but it was a mistake.

“The alligator evolved in the snake,” YouTube user Juan Nolasco commented.
