An English couple have been punished for sexual behavior on a train.
About 9:20 p.m. on June 7, businessman Gavin Maguire, 40, and sales manager Allison Jennings, 39, had their first date on the packed train between London’s Liverpool Street station and Clacton-on Sea.
“The female was leaning against the man’s chest and the man had his hands over the woman’s dress rubbing her vagina area,” Kathy Wilson, who prosecuted the couple, said.
She said Jennings did not seem to care about the others on the train and seemed to be enjoying the moment.
Their behavior shocked the other passengers in the carriage and some moved out.
One of the passengers complained to the couple that “I have seen enough!”

Shocked witnesses appealed to British Transport Police to find the couple. But they gave themselves up on July 29
Maguire said he was drunk on the day. He admitted to heavy petting with Jennings and confessed he was aware of other passengers in the carriage.
But he denied he had sexual intercourse with her, which was what a witness claimed.
The court ordered him to complete 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months and fined him £180 ($274), with £80 ($122) costs.

Jennings received a 12-month conditional discharge.
Meanwhile, after the revelations, Jennings resigned from her job, which she had worked at since 2003.
