Studying foreign languages is one of the top New Year’s resolutions of people in their 20s, a survey showed on Wednesday. Overseas backpacking shared No.1 in the survey of 1,000 people conducted by online education services provider YBN Net.
Second was “to maintain loved ones or friends on good terms,” followed by “landing a good job” and to “stop smoking or weight reduction.”
Seven in 10 were “somewhat satisfied” with the way they spent 2017, while 27 percent regretted not having not enough time for travel or hobbies.
Asked about how to spend the last day of the year, “with family” took the biggest portion of 30.8 percent, “with loved one” (26.4 percent) and “no plan” (17.8 percent).
