From Thursday, a revision to the Road Traffic Act will come into effect, allowing only people with a Class II drivers' license for motorcycles or higher drivers' licenses to ride e-scooters. Class II drivers' licenses for motorcycles are available for those aged over 16 who fulfill the appropriate requirements.
