Drunk woman hides under car to avoid arrest

A woman has been booked for crashing into three parked cars consecutively, and assaulting a police officer who tried to detain her in the western city of Gwangju, Sunday. The woman, 44, was allegedly driving while drunk.
Gwangju Seobu police reported that the woman hid under a car to avoid arrest at a building parking lot at around 5:20 p.m. Police had to lift the car off her before taking her into custody.
She told police she had been too scared to get out.
She also allegedly kicked an officer who tried to handcuff her and refused to take a blood alcohol test.
However, she admitted she had been drinking.
