Foreigners to share tour experience in Seoul via social media
The Seoul city government said Monday some 20 foreigners will go sightseeing around the city this week and share their experiences online.
The day-long tour will start at the 63 City Building in downtown Seoul on Tuesday. The tour course includes visiting the Galleria duty-free store, taking in the sights of the cherry blossom festival underway in Yeouido and taking a trip to the nearby fisheries market in Noryangjin, the Seoul Metropolitan Government said.
The Global Seoul Mate program, which started in 2012, invites selected foreigners -- both resident and non-resident in South Korea -- to share their tour experiences in Seoul via social media. All expenses during the tour will be covered by the Seoul government and the duty-free shop this year. (Yonhap)
