Arrest warrant sought for key suspect on baseball fixing

Prosecutors in Daegu sought a warrant on Friday to arrest a key suspect in a widening investigation into match fixing in baseball, prosecutors said.

The suspect surnamed Kim is allegedly involved in match fixing in the country's most popular professional sport along with two other brokers who have already been arrested for rigging volleyball and soccer games, respectively, according to the prosecutors.
