The JW Marriott Hotel Seoul will hold a series of gourmet dining experiences in June. Titled “Culinary Art @ JW,” the event brings seven globally renowned chefs from Japan, France, Italy, China, India and Thailand, including one single Michelin star holder, Christophe Gibert, head chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka's French restaurant La Baie and one double Michelin star holder, Takagi Kazuo, the owner-chef of Kyoto cuisine TAKAGI. Each visiting chef will be in the kitchens of the JW Marriott Seoul in June, presenting a variety of à la carte dishes and special gala dinners in collaboration with the hotel's five restaurants: all-day dining restaurant The Café, Western-style JW's Grill, Italian Olivo, Chinese Man Ho and Japanese Mikado (see table overleaf for details).
The highlight will be the Grand Gala dinner on June 20 in the Grand Ballroom. All seven chefs, together with JW Marriott Seoul's own star executive chef Andreas Krampl, will prepare a truly unforgettable feast.

Grand Hilton Seoul
The Grand Hilton Seoul’s buffet restaurant will host its popular barbeque party series in June with delicious fare from an American Grill accompanied by Malaysian cultural performances.
From June 3 to 16, the American Grill series offers a full barbeque menu including beef, lamb, chicken, sausages and seafood, as well as refreshing beverages all at reasonable prices. As a special bonus, the restaurant will host a Malaysian cultural performance featuring two artists invited from the Southeast Asian nation and a performance group composed of ten members. In addition, you can take advantage of a 1+1 drink event, which provides a complementary Cass or Hoegaarden for every one that you order, the perfect deal for enjoying an outdoor party. Weekend meals are priced at 65,000-71,000 won for adults and 32,000-35,000 won for children. Sheraton Seoul
The Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel offers a cherry dessert buffet on its 41st floor. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., every Friday to Sunday, guests can enjoy sweet cherry dessert and unique variations at the Lobby Lounge. Cherries are well known for their nutritional value, rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. A variety of desserts made with fresh cherries will be prepared buffet style. The Plaza Hotel introduces “My Preferred Plaza” in June to celebrate its one-year anniversary as a member of Preferred Hotel Group (PHG). The package comes in two styles, each featuring different benefits with a stylish deluxe room designed by Italian interior designer, Guido Ciompi. The first offers one night in a deluxe room with premium ice flakes or two summer cocktails at the boutique café and bar, the Lounge, (priced at 210,000 won excluding VAT and service charges). The Lotte Hotel Jeju offers a “Camping Dinner Package,” through June 30. The package includes a two-night stay in a deluxe ocean room, breakfast for two for two days, one camping zone ocean dinner for two, and two welcome drinks at He:on Pool Bar. Guests can choose to dine in a European-style camping trailer, two-story cabin, or luxury tent in the Camping Zone Ocean. The dinner includes a variety of mouth-watering indigenous specialties, such as Jeju bodeulgyeol beef rib-eye, Jeju black pork belly, the chef’s special homemade galbi, assorted seafood, and homemade sausages.
