The smartest consumers are those able to take advantage of niche-period deals.
Targeting these guests, a few of the country’s leading hotels have put forth a variety of packages. The Hyatt Regency Jeju on Jeju Island offers from June 1 to 30 the “Early Summer Cartel Package.”
The attractions of Jeju Island — the ocean, Mt. Halla, fresh seafood and Olle trekking trails — are numerous.
Knowing full well its charms, the package includes a one-night stay in a room with a mountain view, a rental car for a day and other benefits. The hotel will provide a Jeju attractions coupon book, and for those interested in hiking, the hotel has an equipment rental service. The package is priced at 208,000 won. For more information, call (064) 733-1234 or visit jeju.regency.hyatt.com.

The standard one is priced at 260,000 won (before VAT and tax) during weekdays and 290,000 won during the weekend. Coincidentally in tandem with the pleasing verdant nature, hotels have prepared spa packages. The Lotte Hotel showcases the Sulwhasoo Spa Package through Feb. 28, 2014. The Sulwhasoo Spa, the second of its kind, opened in May in concert with the opening of the hotel’s renovated fitness center. The spa uses premium line products from the cosmetic brand Sulwhasoo.
