Grand Ambassador Seoul

Grand Ambassador Seoul, located in downtown Jangchung-dong area in Seoul, offers “Happy Hour.” The hotel’s pub, Gran*A, on the first floor will host “Happy Hour” from Monday through Saturday, from 6 p.m. through 8 p.m. For the price of 29,000 won (tax included), guests can enjoy unlimited access to draft beer and snacks buffet featuring around 10 menus including chop steak, grilled fish, sausage, spring rolls, nacho, mini-cake and salad. There will be three types of red wine and two types of white wine as well as draft beer.

Hyatt Regency

Hyatt Regency has a Spring Spa Package that will include a one-night stay along with a visit to the spa. Guests can choose from Detox Moor Mud Body Treatment, Detox Moor Mud Facial Treatment or a spa credit of KRW 150,000. Guests who select the Detox Moor Mud Body or Detox Moor Mud Facial will be treated with organic mud from Hungary containing a rich content of 35 percent thermal minerals and trace elements, which effectively nourish the skin.

Sheraton Grande Walkerhill

The Starwood chain’s charity dinner will begin on March 28 at CLOCK16 at Sheraton Grande Walkerhill in Gwangjang-dong, Seoul. Starwood Korea, a branch of the global hotel chain, is organizing this gala dinner for the local charity, the Beautiful Fund. Chefs from five Starwood hotels in Korea namely Sheraton Grande Walkerhill, W Walkerhill, Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel, Sheraton Incheon, and The Westin Chosun Busan ― will participate in this maiden event and the organizers plan to hold this event every two months at these hotels.

The proceeds generated will be donated to the Beautiful Fund. The charity dinner is priced at 180,000 won per person with attendance limited to only 80 guests so advanced reservations are recommended. For more information, call (02) 450-6457.

The Plaza

The Plaza’s Japanese restaurant Murasaki fetes the arrival of spring with an Edo Mae course set in March and April. The set includes rare ingredients including sea cucumber eggs, estuary oyster and cockle. The set menu is the second installment of THE PLAZA’s ongoing promotion, “Gourmet Cruise,” which showcases seasonal ingredients from all over Korea with the three key mottos “premium,” “rare” and “tasty.” This promotion will let diners taste a variety of fresh seafood right in Seoul.

Available through April 31, the lunch is priced at 150,000 won per person and dinner 190, 000 won (vat and service charge is included.)
