Lotte Hotel Seoul’s French restaurant Pierre Gagnaire a Seoul presents “One-Hour Business Lunch,” shortening the usually long French dining course to one hour for busy businessmen.

The menu, comprised of only the essence of French dining, begins with langoustine with sliced pork shrank and red onion as appetizer. The main dish is veal garnished with grilled mushrooms, watercress cream and celery, while a small cake and cookies are offered as dessert.

The lunch is priced at 70,000 won and a glass of white or red wine is available for an additional 18,000 won. The menus will change every month. For more information, call 02-317-7181.

Renaissance Seoul Hotel

Italian restaurant Toscana at the Renaissance Seoul Hotel offers a special evening titled “Dance & Dine at Toscana” every second and fourth Saturday starting April 14.

From 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., people wanting to sample sports dancing can get a private one-on-one lesson or as a couple from a professional instructor from the Sherry Kwon Dance Sports School. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., an Italian semi-buffet dinner, comprised of antipasti buffet, main dish and desserts, is offered along with free dancing time.

The dance genres will include the Cha Cha, jive, rumba, international blues, waltz and tango. Dinner is priced at 50,000 won and extra charges apply for dance lessons. For more information, call 02-2222-8647.

W Seoul-Walkerhill

W Seoul-Walkerhill’s Japanese restaurant Namu offers W Trend Sake Zen, the first house sake in the industry.

The 400-milliliter sake, offered exclusively at the hotel, is a premium junmai produced in Iwate Prefecture, Japan, having a mild aroma and deep flavor.

“As it was chosen as W Hotel’s trend sake through various stages of evaluation, I’m confident about Zen’s flavor and aroma,” Namu’s sake sommelier Elly said, recommending several meals at the restaurant which match with the liquor.

The Plaza

The Plaza’s Italian restaurant Tuscany introduces a “Taste and Harmony” menu through April 30.

Created by the restaurant’s new head chef Samuel Zucca, the menu includes a variety of seasonal spring vegetables and fruits. It starts with a seafood salad garnished with argan oil foam and flowers, while the main dish will be a choice of lamb or halibut with natural fatsia and wild chives. Cold strawberry soup and yogurt ice cream will be served as dessert.

Hyatt Regency Jeju

The Hyatt Regency Jeju offers an Explore Jeju Package through the end of May.

The package includes a one-night stay in mountain view room, breakfast buffet for two at the Terrace Cafe, two yacht tour tickets, a tourist attraction coupon book, free use of the swimming pool and fitness center, and an iPad rental service.
