Ritz-Carlton Seoul

Ritz-Carlton Seoul presents Indonesian delicacies from June 10 to 30 at its Oksan Buffet. During the promotion, three chefs invited from the Indonesian restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Jakarta will be present until June 15 and introduce classic Indonesian cuisine with contemporary cooking trends. Some of the menu items include gado-gado with peanut sauce, ayam goring lenguas (barbecued chicken) and pisang goring made with bananas.

The weekday dinner is priced at 67,000 won and weekend lunch and dinner, 70,000 won. On June 12, the Indonesian dishes are available at the Garden restaurant at 65,000 won. For more information, call 02-3451-8474.

Imperial Palace Hotel

Imperial Palace Hotel’s Chinese restaurant Cheonsan introduces “My Menu” with which guests can decide their own course dishes. The promotion allows customers to choose from a wide variety of food, each for a total of five courses, including soup, cold dish, main dish, noodles and dessert. The restaurant also has a tea sommelier to serve premium Chinese teas suitable for each customer. My Menu is available only for lunch on weekdays at 40,000 won. Novotel Ambassador Gangnam

Novotel Ambassador Gangnam offers Lunch Formula at its European restaurant, The Bistro, for business lunch meeting. The formula features four types ㅡ main dish; appetizer and two main dishes; main dish and dessert; and appetizer, main dish and dessert.

Several appetizers, main dishes and desserts are available. Soft drinks and draft beer are offered free, while house wine is served for an additional 5,000 won. Three separate dining rooms are available for private lunch meetings for three to 15 guests. For more information, call 02-531-6604.

JW Marriott Seoul

JW Marriott Seoul’s Chinese restaurant, Man Ho, invites executive chef John Chu from JW Marriott Jakarta for a Cantonese cuisine promotion from June 7 to 18. The chef with 17 years of experience will present six a la carte selections, including drunken chicken and imperial Szechuan hot and sour soup, which range between 16,000 won and 42,000 won.

Also offered are two seven-course sets that include chilled crab ball, crispy potato prawn rolls, seaweed bean curd with crab meat, nutmeg mayonnaise lobster and stewed fish, at 95,000 won and 120,000 won. For more information, call 02-6282-6741.
