La Seine, Lotte Hotel Seoul’s buffet restaurant on the ground floor, is presenting its “Gourmet 20 Summit Buffet” to commemorate the G20 Seoul Summit throughout November. This event will showcase representative dishes from the participating countries.
France will be represented by “coq au vin,” chicken and vegetables braised with wine; “ratatouille,” or vegetable stew; and escargots. The buffet will also showcase China’s nutritious dish “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” (Bul Do Jang); Russia’s pork barbecue or “shashlik,” and “borscht” soup; Turkey’s lamb or beef “shish kebab”; Argentinean barbecue “asado”; Indian curry; and Korea’s “kalbi” and “spicy seafood with rice cake.” Some 40 dishes from 17 different countries will please your palate.
The buffet price is 57,000 won for lunch and 61,000 won for dinner, exclusive of VAT and service charge.

Restaurant 8 at the Hyatt Regency Incheon presents its Autumn Signature Menu for a special dining experience from Oct. 11 to Nov. 30. The Autumn Signature Menu is a special course set to experience Restaurant 8’s most popular dishes and offers a chance to taste authentic dishes from both the East and West.
During lunch, diners can enjoy a four-course menu featuring seasonal mixed green salad and mushroom cream soup, a choice of Australian beef rib eye steak or wok fried noodles with oyster sauce and tiramisu, with pistachio biscotti for dessert.
For dinner, an additional course is added including Caesar salad, minestrone soup with basil pesto, mee goreng shrimp, and a choice of marinated Australian beef short rib or grilled swordfish, and iced chocolate parfait and rum soaked bananas for dessert.
The Autumn Signature Menu is priced at 49,000 won for lunch and 69,000 won for dinner, exclusive of 10 percent tax.

Park Hyatt Seoul’s Park Club Spa presents the “Bring Your Buddy” package in November. For one guest receiving two treatments or two guests receiving a total of two treatments on the same day, Park Club will provide an “Aesop” set as a special gift, including body balm, body cleanser and body slab for a total value of 86,000 won. The JW Marriott Seoul’s traditional Chinese restaurant Man Ho presents healthy Shanghai favorites for autumn. Chef Chang offers up braised and steamed recipes as an alternative to high-calorie fare.
Guests can choose between two Shanghai-themed set menus. The Pudong Set consists of braised whole shark’s fin, braised abalone and pine mushroom, steamed live lobster, braised Shanghai style turtle, sautéed Chinese leek and boiled meat dumpling. The more casual Huangpu Set holds shark’s fin soup and shao long bao, stir-fried abalone, steamed king prawn, beef fillet, steamed miro fish and dan dan noodle soup. Banana and red bean cake come as dessert with both sets.

The Grand Hilton Seoul’s Japanese restaurant Mitsumomo is offering “Swellfish Special” this November and December.
