The resort also offers its Santa Claus buffet every Friday and Saturday, where the festively decorated restaurant will enlighten the Christmas spirit.

Novotel Ambassador Gangnam presents a winter comfort package, "Lazing on the Bed," from Dec. 1 to the end of February 2010.

Lotte Hotel Jeju

Jeju's only ice-skating rink opens on Dec. 5 at the Lotte Hotel Jeju.

The 991 square-meter rink is equipped with a skate rental booth, lockers, a rest area and restaurant. A shuttle bus is available to accommodate group visitors. Performance by a Russian ice ballet group will be held three times daily.

Monday is "Kid's Day" offering a 50 percent discount on children's admittance; Tuesday is "Couples Day," allowing free admittance for one person from each couple; Wednesday is "Happy Day," when beginners can enjoy free ice-skating lessons; Thursday is "Family Day," allowing free admittance for two children per family (of more than four people); and Friday is "Smile Day," when visitors can skate with the performers from the ice ballet and take photos as a souvenir.

A lucky drawing will also take place every day to give away many prizes, including Lotte Hotel Jeju buffet restaurant coupons, cake coupons, and even a free one-night stay at Lotte Hotel Jeju on special days like Christmas or New Year's Day.
