The Mayfield Hotel will hold a ``Pumpkin Funky Halloween Party'' on Oct. 29 and 30 at its Bar & Pub M.
The bar will be decorated in orange and black, with some 200 Jack O' Lanterns throughout the bar. Staff members will wear Halloween costumes to enhance the holiday mood and a gorgeous lingerie fashion show will add spice to the party, which starts at 7 p.m. and lasts until 2 a.m. Entrance is free and a lucky draw will also take place.

The 250,000-won package includes a night in a Deluxe Room and a wine buffet with dinner for two at Cafe Amiga. The Hilton Namhae Golf & Spa Resort offers a special promotion featuring lemon , a specialty of Namhae, in November.

InterContinental Hotels Seoul has been awarded the first prize by the "2009 KS-SQI" (Korean Standard-Service Quality Index) for two years in a row in the hotel category. The survey was organized by Korean Standards Association. The award ceremony was held at COEX InterContinental Seoul on October 19, 2009.
InterContinental Hotels Seoul got the highest score in hotel industry in primary needs fulfillment, unexpected benefits, receptiveness, accessibility and physical evidence. The participating hotels were the Ritz Carlton Seoul, Hotel Shilla, Lotte Hotel, Westin Chosun, Sheraton Walkerhill, Grand Hyatt, and InterContinental Hotels Seoul.
In addition, Grand InterContinental Seoul and COEX InterContinental Seoul gained a full score of 100 out of 100 for its hygiene standard (known as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point/ HACCP) from Total Quality Certification Services International for 3 years in a row. 'Collavini', an Italian restaurant at Paradise Hotel Busan, serves a feast of 'truffle' cuisine at 7:00 p.m., Nov. 3 this year.
Truffle, which is characterized by strong fragrance and flavor, is called 'the Black Diamond of the Kitchen', and is held in high esteem along with caviar and foie gras as a top three international haute cuisine. It has been known as one of the most valuable foods in West Europe.
