Grand Cafe, located on the first floor of Grand InterContinental Seoul, presents a temple food buffet consisting of healthy vegetarian dishes using organic ingredients from May 4 to 15.

The temple food buffet offers nutritious vegetable dishes such as rice with mountain yarn, three colored noodles and cabbage kimchi. Instead of meat, many dishes are made with tofu. The buffet features lotus root porridge with grinded lotus, cold soup with eggplant, sweet potato rice, edible spring flowers and healthy seasoned vegetable dishes such as turnip julienne salad.

Lotte Hotel Seoul

Lotte Hotel Seoul holds the ``Korean Culture Festival'' for Japanese travelers and other international guests from May 1 to 7. This event will be an opportunity for foreigners to experience the unique culture of Korea.

An exhibition of Korean artworks will be held in the Pine Room. Ancient furniture, ceramic ware, folk painting, pillows and patchwork will enhance foreigners' understanding of the traditional Korean lifestyle and artwork.

A Korean traditional wedding ceremony showcase will also take place in the Pyebaek Room twice daily. Visitors can dress in traditional costumes and participate in the ceremony.
