Il Ponte, Millennium Seoul Hilton's Italian restaurant, hosts a promotion featuring ``Branzino,'' the Italian word for sea bass, during the month of April, with Chef Anita Bidini adding a variety of sensational European sea bass dishes to the menu.

Chef Bidini's Branzino creations includes dishes like sea bass wrapped with prosciutto, cooked with broccoli and pine nuts; squid ink tortellini filled with sea bass in a saffron sauce and pan-fried sea bass in rose wine and tarragon.
