Dec. 17, the Grand InterContinental and the COEX InterContinental were recognized as the best in the hospitality business division in Korea's 2008 National Customers Satisfaction Index for the third consecutive year. The index is said to be the most confident tool for ranking businesses in Korea's service industry.
The hotel has also received 100 points for its food safety management systems by the Johnson Diversey Consulting (JDC) International FSMS Audit protocol every year since 2006. JDC is an international hygiene evaluation consultant. The outstanding score has placed Grand InterContinental in a leadership position in Asia.
