Grand Hilton Guest Chef

The Grand Hilton Seoul is hosting a ``Taste of Mexico Festival'' from April 11 to 20.

To offer authentic cuisine from the Central American nation, the hotel will invite guest chef Juan Armando Zapata Icthe from the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort.

For the festival, Mexican musicians will be also on hand to create a vibrant festival atmosphere.

As part of the festival, the Buffet Restaurant and Atrium Cafe will both serve up a buffet spread, ranging from traditional burritos and enchiladas, to unique Mexican delights.

Millennium Seoul Hilton

Taipan, Millennium Seoul Hilton's Chinese restaurant, offers a swallow's nest promotion from April 1 through to May 31.

Taipan's menu will showcase a la carte and set menu selections featuring swallow's nest, a rare and prized delicacy.

A la carte selections range from 45,000 won to 120,000 won with the set menus priced at 105,000 and 159,000 won.

Novotel Ambassador Gangnam

The buffet restaurant FESTIVAL at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam introduces new spring menus including asparagus, spring herbs and bean salad.

The buffet features fresh salads, Korean cuisine and the restaurant's steady favorite, Mongolian BBQ with guest's own choice of ingredients. Guests can also enjoy fresh fruit and cakes for dessert including red berry lemon mousse and marinated strawberry Grand Marnier comport.

From April 1, a complimentary cake with celebration message will be served with family reservation of 25 guests or more.

Ritz-Carlton, Seoul

The Ritz-Carlton Seoul's traditional Chinese restaurant, CheeHong, introduces new business lunch set menus available on weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

CheeHong's set menus include the restaurant's classic dishes such as sharks fin stew, king crab and sea cucumber. The five set menus are available at prices ranging from 33,000 won to 98,000 won.

Westin Chosun Seoul

The Westin Chosun Seoul has topped a list as the best hotel in Seoul in a recent poll by an influential Asian financial magazine.

Asiamoney has announced the result of the Travel Poll 2008 and the Westin Chosun Seoul ranks on the top as the best hotel in Seoul.

The Asiamoney's travel poll is the biggest survey with completed questionnaires received from business travelers. For this year, a number of 475 people from 31 different cities in the Asian region participated in the poll.
