Hotels Welcome Arrival of New Season

Spring has almost arrived here and local hotels are busily preparing special events to welcome the new season.
The Westin Chosun Seoul holds a strawberry promotion at its lobby lounge Compass Rose, featuring the fruit in various menu items.
Strawberry has been long loved as one of the most popular and representative fruits in the springtime.
In the words of Ham Tae-wook, manager at Compass Rose: ``The freshness of strawberry will deliver the feeling of the arrival of the new season,''

Japanese Restaurant Fujiya at Sejong Hotel offers three kinds of spring special menu with spring greens and fresh sashimi.

For those who plan to go on a picnic enjoying fine weather, Grand Hyatt Seoul offers a special package.
The ``Spring Picnic Package'' allows guests to go on a picnic to Mount Namsan with the special picnic treat that includes a JJ Deli pizza and two soft drinks.
The package also includes grand room accommodation, a complimentary upgrade to a river view room upon availability and a special picnic set.

With the arrival of spring, hotels also celebrate seasonal feasts such as Easter.
The Millennium Seoul Hilton's international buffet restaurant, Orangerie, is celebrating the religious holiday through to March 23.
The restaurant will invite guests to decorate Easter eggs and will create an exhibition featuring the most artistic and creative Easter eggs made by the guests.
