Enjoy New York Sunday Discount

Cheaper accommodation is available in New York on Sundays, as the city's travel bureau has launched a ``NYC Sunday Stay'' campaign.

More than 30 hotels now provide a reduced rate of 20 to 30 percent for Sunday nights. Some hotels also offer free breakfast, room upgrade, room service menu and souvenir discounts.

``We present the promotion with some 30 hotels, as it is more relaxed in New York on the weekend than during the weekday and the booking rate on Sunday is lower than other days,'' said George Fertitta, CEO of NYC & Company.
