Imperial Palace Hotel has opened ``Garden Terrace’’ where guests can enjoy beer, summer cocktails, various whiskeys and wines.
Located next to the lobby entrance, the outdoor bar has a natural stone waterfall and fountain on one side with a variety of stone art works to create an exotic atmosphere. It opens from 5 p.m. through midnight until Oct. 15 (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
Side dishes such as nachos, chicken, authentic German sausage and barbecue are also available.

Seoul Plaza Hotel
Kotobuki, Japanese restaurant at the Seoul Plaza Hotel, presents three different fish dishes from June to August, just right for the hot summer months.
The summer special menu offers a full range of choices from the bass sashimi, abundant with essential vitamins and amino acids, to the Jeju Island’s seasoned sea bream roast, with minimal fat content and a great lean taste that only royalty was allowed to enjoy in the past, or the summer’s king of stamina, eel sushi with chilled buckwheat noodles.

The Atrium Cafe at the Grand Hilton Seoul presents a special Australian lamb menu until the end of June.
Titled ``Grand Hilton Australian Lamb Experience 2007,’’ the promotion features a range of lamb dishes from orange braised lamb shank to Mediterranean lamb kebabs
Various lamb cuts are available from 18,000 won to 28,000 won.

International entertainer William Washington throws a party every Friday at Sheraton Grande Walkerhill hotel’s Sirocco. It will continue until Aug. 31.
His repertoire consists of jazz, rock, bossa novas, swing, soul, R&B, salsa, meringue, disco, pop, and more so that party-goers can enjoy a range of different music at the party.

Grand InterContinental Seoul
The Grand InterContinental Seoul’s Japanese Restaurant Hakone features sea bass Kaiseki dishes and sea bass ice sashimi in June.
The sea bass Kaiseki consists of nine courses which include braised sea bass and fried sea bass with ginkgo berries, lotus root and burdock. Diners can also enjoy the genuine delicacy of ice sea bass.
Price of the a la carte menu is 39,000 won and the Kaiseki menu is 130,000 won.
