Choose from a selection of steak dishes such as a slow-roasted Australian beef tenderloin with mushroom deluxe and Macaire potatoes, or grilled beef sirloin with grilled prawns, avocado and hollandaise sauce, and beef tenderloin with caju seasoned roast potatoes in garlic.
