Taking oath as ICC judge

Judge Chung Chang-ho takes the oath during a swearing-in ceremony for six new judges at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, the Netherlands, Tuesday (local time). Chung, 48, was elected to be an ICC judge in December for a nine-year term. The ICC has a total of 18 judges, and six judges are elected every three years.
