Kim Kyong-hae, CEO of the public relations consulting group Communications Korea, was invited to the World Communications Forum in Davos (WCFD) slated for March 10 and 11, as a guest speaker, the company said Monday.
He will speak on “Crisis Communication: The Korean Experience.”
The forum aims at uniting trendsetters and people of influence from the global communications elite, and providing a platform for discussion focused on the future development of communications.
Kim will talk about his 10 years of experience in crisis management and strategy, as well as share a model that Communications Korea developed as an effective solution.
“I sincerely hope that the lecture will contribute to stepping up Korea’s crisis preparedness,” Kim said.
Kim worked as a Seoul correspondent for Reuters and the economic editor of the Korea Herald. In 1987, he established Communications Korea. In 2001, he set up the Korea Institute for Crisis Management and Strategy and has been actively involved in the field of crisis management for government organizations and companies.
