(358) Can saju read one's vocation?

Could it be really possible to predict one’s occupation by reading their saju? Most people are not convinced when it comes to the rationale of saju and its translation. One may even be cynical deeming it a mere farfetched speculation.

It is actually hard to be completely free of any kind of preconceptions derived by people’s facial impression, how they are dressed, their way of speaking and other bearings when we are to read one’s situation without even mentioning destiny. As a professional saju expert, I also analyze information presented by the person, which is actually one of the skills of a fortuneteller. However, more and more people are having online saju consultations nowadays without a face-to-face meeting. In this case, it is truly the saju master’s competence to read the client’s situation under the veil of ignorance only with their birth records. Saju, composed by one’s birth year, month, date and hour, is the core information we have to make a judgment.

Recently one of my students on our study group chat asked questions about a person. He was introduced as a fireman.

On the supposition you have learned the representative colors for the five elements, wood, fire, earth, metal and water, which do you think is the saju of the fireman? Or even without any prior learning, can you take a guess?

We may use common sense to judge the symbolic color for fire element. It is red.

l Wood: green

l Fire: red

l Earth: yellow (brown)

l Metal: white

l Water: black

Yes, the saju of the fireman is B. At first, the student guessed saju A but she shortly corrected it to saju B, telling us she confused the solar and lunar calendar birthdays. When the first saju (A) was posted, I said it was not the saju of a fireman. If any of you thought the fireman’s saju was B, you have already gained a certain insight in reading saju. As you know, the reason for the judgment was the color.

The other factor to help us read this saju is the energy of water, next to fire to extinguish it. Unfortunately, the day master, yin metal, is not strong enough to face fire and other wood elements. The energy levels between the metal day master and fire, supported by the wood element, are not balanced. The earth element that is supposed to protect the metal day master is not enough to alleviate this situation.

His concern was the workload from his occupation and if it would be acceptable to take paternal leave during which he could have some opportunity to continue his studies. The energy representing the knowledge star or studying is the earth element. According to his saju reading, his yearning for a sabbatical is very natural and this will happen next year, 2018, when the earth energies are coming.
