Ingredients
You will need 35 grams of canned tuna, 30 grams of lettuce, 15 grams of red onion and 5 grams of chicory.
For the dressing, you will need a half teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 gram of crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon of crushed apple, 5 grams of grated onion, some olive oil, sugar, lemon juice and apple vinegar.
Step by step
Put the tuna in a sieve to drain excess oil.
Wash lettuce and chicory and cut them to the appropriate size.
Wash red onion and cut into rings.
Mix the ingredients for dressing.
Put the vegetables and tuna in a bowl and serve with dressing.
Tips
When using canned tuna, you can lower the calories by getting rid of the oil or choosing light tuna products.
