After a weekend of tasting Korean culture ― quite literally, through a cooking competition, among other events ― the Mr World 2010 contestants spent Monday preparing for a big fashion show scheduled for tonight in Incheon.

The charity fashion event marks the fourth and final round of the preliminaries before the televised finale on Saturday.

The 74 national representatives will walk the runway donning designs by Andre Kim to help raise donations for the International Vaccine Institute. The United Nations research center based in Seoul is sponsoring the show to help North Korean children.

The rehearsals for the fashion show took place Monday afternoon, with the young men showing off special creations by Korea's iconic designer.

The stage will feature five different stages with different themes. The first will be in the hopeful spirit of the 2018 Winter Olympics, for which Korea's city of PyeongChang is a bidder. The second stage will be dedicated to the upcoming FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

The atmosphere will then turn formal, with stages featuring European court-inspired wedding wear, tuxedos and, last but not least, designs evoking Korean royal costumes.

Meanwhile, on Monday morning, six representatives headed over to the SBS studio for a television show: Yoo Ji-kwang of Korea, who won the talent show last week; Brazil's Jonas Sulzbach; Kazakhstan's Roman Mironov; Kenya's Linanda Jawar Kotengo; South Africa's Jaco de Bruyn; and the Netherlands' Honza Jan Filipi.

The men were selected to appear on ``Star King,'' a popular talent contest hosted by top comedian Kang Ho-dong. The program features individuals with extraordinary talents or abilities, with those with the highest scores being invited to appear the following week. The selected Mr World participants will be special guests and perform group dances among others.

The show will air Saturday on SBS at 6:30 p.m. The Mr World finale will be broadcast on MBC ESPN, among other channels, at 6 p.m. the same evening.

Before the grand finale, however, the contestants are scheduled to visit Panmunjeom on Wednesday. Located in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, along the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), which divides the two Koreas, the venue is also known as the Joint Security Area. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in South Korea.
