(64) Branch Interaction: Saju of Tom Cruise

Saju is reading people's fate by looking at the various interactions among the 12 branches in their saju. Once you understand how they act or react and what makes it happen or disappear, you would find some clues to discovering the dynamics of one's life path.
Let's start this week with the saju of a world famous star.
American actor and film producer Tom Cruise was born July 3, 1962. Forbes magazine ranked him as the world's most powerful celebrity in 2006, and he has been nominated for three Academy Awards and won three Golden Globe Awards.
After playing the role of a heroic naval pilot in the blockbuster film ``Top Gun'' in 1986, Cruise continued in a series of ``Mission Impossible'' action films in the 1990s and 2000s.
In 2005, Hollywood journalists argued that Cruise was one of the few actors who could guarantee the success of a billion-dollar movie franchise. Since 2005, he has been in charge of the United Artists film studio along with Paula Wagner. Cruise is also known for his controversial support of the Church of Scientology.
In 1990, 1991 and 1997, People magazine ranked him among the 50 Most Beautiful People in the World. In 1995, Empire magazine ranked him among the 100 sexiest stars in film history.
Now let's see how we can explain the dynamics of his life from the view point of saju.
Cruise was born with the energy of im water with sun (byeong fire) on it and being surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees (in wood). This is a typical saju construction of celebrities, such as actors, actresses and singers who live in the public eye.
He was born in the month of the money star, representing fortune and wives. Looking at the inclusions of his branches, we see more hidden fire elements that imply many ladies around him. Then, o-fire is combined with in-wood to make fire trine (in-o-sul). He has a high chance of meeting a woman he loves when he expresses his talents.
Strong fire elements in this saju indicate that ``love'' means a lot in his life. He does not have career and knowledge stars at all. It means that he doesn't care about what others think. He will do what he thinks is right and what he likes to do.
The career star restrains the person so he follows social regulations and code of culture while the knowledge star makes the person thoughtful before he just acts.
In 1986 (year of byeong-sul), in-o-sul completed full fire trine to help him attain certain achievement such as the success of film `` Top Gun.''
In 1990 (year of gyeong-o), he met Nicole Kidman, who became his wife. O-fire means money star (a woman)
In 2001 (year of sin-sa), he met Penelope Cruz. Sa-fire also means money star.
In 2006 (year of byeong-sul), he married actress Katie Holmes. In-o-sul completed fire trine.
In 2009 (year of mu-ja), his latest starring role is in the historical thriller ``Valkyrie,'' received mixed reviews. Ja-o clash caused distorted results. Ja-o clash breaks the in-o half trine in the saju.
There are yu-myo clash and myo-in half wood trine. As clash exceeds the half trine in its power ranking, the yu-myo clash is effective over the half trine.
With the celestial inducing force of gap stem, the in-myo wood trine is effective over the power of myo-yu clash.
In this saju, there are hae-in combinations and half trine of in-o missing sul. As six combinations exceed half trine in its power, hae-in combination is effective. However if there is byeong fire in the stem, it causes celestial inducing force. So instead of hae-in combination, in-o-sul fire trine is effective in the saju.
Understanding this mechanism is very important as it will help you know what is more important in one's life and when it will happen. You need to catch this to make an accurate inference.
