Ballet Promotes Ties With Kazakhstan

The Korea Ballet Foundation held a gala concert on Wednesday under the theme of ``Korea-Kazakhstan, Night of Friendship.''

The performance was held at the Seoul Hilton Hotel Grand Ballroom. Young Kazakh and Korean dancers performed pieces from famous ballets such as Giselle, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, the Nutcracker and more.

``This will be an opportunity for the exceptional dancers who are gathered here to perform, to better understand each other and promote cultural exchange,'' Director general Park Jae-keun said.
