Argentine Film Festival

The Argentine Embassy is featuring five films at the Korea Foundation Cultural Center from Monday through Saturday. “Pinhole Camera” by Maria Victoria Menis will be shown on Monday; “Love, First Part” by Alejandro Fadel, Martin Mauregui, Santiago Mitre and Juan Schnitman on Tuesday; “Born and Bred” by Mario Trapero on Wednesday; “The Signal” by Ricardo Darin and Martin Hodara on Friday; and “Extraordinary Stories” by Mariano Llinas on Saturday. Indonesian speech contest:

Indonesian Ambassador Nicholas Tandi Dammen, center, and his wife Lenny, to his right, join the three winners of the fifth Indonesian speech contest that took place at the ambassador’s residence on Nov. 14. 21 students took part in the event. The ambassador appreciated the participants’ interest in the Indonesian language and recognized their contributions to improving Korea-Indonesian relations.
