Harmonica Master and Funk Musician

Harmonica player Jun Je-duk is to perform with Chun Young-jin, a member of Urbano.

The concert will be held at Sangsang Madang near Hongik University in Seoul, on Oct. 20.

It is the first time the two musicians will perform together on stage. The two have experimented with unconventional sounds on their own albums.

Jun creates funky and soulful sounds on his second album, ``What Is Cool Change'' and Chun, in his own contemporary way, reinterprets retrospective sounds that were popular in the 1980s and 1990s on his recently released first solo ablum, ``All-In-One.''

Jun's harmonica playing excels in both acoustic and electronic sounds called ``hybrid souls'' on his second album, where he shows off his flamboyant mix of funky sounds and acid soul.

Chun is renowned for his funk music as a producer and member of new school funk duo Urbano, which combines contemporary R&B and funk. The duo released its first and second albums in 2004, drawing critical and public attention.
