'Secret Garden' actress Kim Sa-rang breaks leg in Italy

Actress Kim Sa-rang is recovering from a major surgery after reportedly fracturing her leg while filming in Italy last week.
After the accident ― which happened around April 19 ― the actress, 40, returned to Korea on Monday for surgery, according to media reports that cited Kim's agency, Leo International.
The agency declined to give further details but said initial media reports linking the injury to a fall into a manhole or a car accident were false.
It said the actress is now resting after the surgery.
Kim starred in the K-drama series “Secret Garden” with Hyun Bin on SBS.
