DL E&C plans to begin sales of units at its high-end apartment complex, Acro Ritz County, this month, featuring meticulously designed interior and exterior spaces, the construction firm said Friday.
The complex is located in Bangbae-dong, in Seoul's affluent Seocho District. It consists of eight buildings for a total of 707 units. The buildings feature five underground floors and rise 27 stories above ground.
DL E&C spoke highly of the area's growth potential as it undergoes extensive redevelopment. This raises hopes for improved living conditions for those who purchase the apartments. According to the firm, 12 residential facility reconstruction projects are planned in Bangbae-dong. Once completed, the area will be transformed into a thriving residential district with more than 12,000 new homes, DL E&C said.
The firm’s Acro brand is renowned for its high-end identity. For four consecutive years, it won the top luxury apartment brand preference survey conducted by real estate platform Dabang. The brand is also recognized internationally, having won multiple prestigious awards, such as the iF Design Award, the Red Dot Design Award and the IDEA Design Award.
DL E&C focused on meeting the growing demand for high-end residential facilities by meticulously designing its community facilities. The apartment complex will feature the Acro Garden Collection, characterized by the brand’s signature landscaping designs. For instance, the Sky Garden will also be located on the highest floor of the complex.
The Club Acro will also be a major selling point for the apartment complex. It consists of a series of high-end community facilities, such as a fitness center, Pilates room, private screen golf lounge, sauna and study rooms for students.
The apartment adopted DL E&C’s D-Silent floor technology, a patented noise-reduction system that minimizes sound and vibration between floors. Other innovative features include easy waste disposal systems and energy-saving geothermal heating and cooling systems for community areas.
“Acro Ritz County offers residents an exceptional living environment,” a DL E&C spokesperson said. “Coupled with the ongoing redevelopment projects in the area, we expect strong demand from customers.”
