POSCO E&C to start pre-sales of 'The Sharp' brand apartment in Geoje

POSCO Engineering & Construction (POSCO E&C) will start pre-sales of its The Sharp apartment brand in Geoje, South Gyeongsang Province, this month.
The Sharp Geoje Dclive is located at 765, Sangdong-dong, Geoje, and there are 13 buildings standing 25 stories high, containing 1,288 apartments. The apartments come in three sizes; 74, 84 and 98 square meters, and will be open for occupancy from October 2023.
Dclive is the name of many apartment types under the brand The Sharp, and took its name from the motto “Different Class We Live In.” POSCO E&C said Dclive will be the first premium type of apartment in Geoje, distinguishing itself from other residential complexes in the town.
The apartment complex's roadways are underground for the safety of pedestrians.
Many leisure facilities are situated nearby including an indoor golf range, fitness club, rooms for Pilates and a sauna. There is also a library, computer cafe and party room for residential members to use.
The Sharp Geoje Dclive is a 10-minute drive from the industrial complexes of Samsung Heavy Industries and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, the two biggest workplaces in the town. This will prove convenient for residents who work locally.
Sangdong-dong has good infrastructure for children's education and lifestyle. An elementary school is scheduled to be built right next to the apartment building and there are existing middle and high schools nearby.
Additionally, Geoje City Hall, Hanaro Mart, Gohyeon Bus Terminal, CJ CGV cinema and a large hospital are all situated within a 4-kilometer radius of The Sharp Geoje Dclive.
