Chamisul taps into Dubai duty free shops

Hite Jinro’s main products Chamisul Soju and Ilpoom Jinro Soju will be sold at duty free shops at Dubai International Airport in the United Arab Emirates, the company said Monday.

A 700 ml bottle of Chamisul, which has a 22 percent alcohol level, will sell for $16.94. A 375 ml bottle of Ilpoom Jinro, which has a 25 percent alcohol level, will sell for $35.

Ilpoom Jinro is a premium distilled soju aged in oak for 10 years.

Dubai International Airport is one of the world’s busiest airports. More than 70 million passengers used the airport last year.
